You can get the two different viscosity from this mix.
1) When you mix with water, you will get the medium viscosity which is perfect to blend with the whipping cream
2) When you mix with Milk, you will get the very viscous custard which can be used for the bun filling
One mix work for the two ways. Hybrid mix This mix is more creamy and less in vanila than European one.
